About me

My story

At the beginning of 2012, I went through a period where I really didn't feel like going to work. Do you know that feeling when you start dreading Monday morning as early as Sunday and it even affects your sleep?

It even became so extreme that there were burnout symptoms. My rheumatic complaints increased extremely and I was in quite a slump. I was sick at home, gloomy, closed off my feelings and didn't know what to do next.

Fortunately I had good guidance. And during my coaching process I came into contact with NLP. At the end of the process I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do, but I was sure of one thing. Something had to change and that was in my control. So I quit my job where I had been employed for 26 years. Scary? Of course. Liberating? Enormous. One of the best choices I've made in my life.

Since then I have been on a journey of discovery. I follow training courses, workshops, get to know new people, do volunteer work, undertake things that are outside my comfort zone, and look for challenges.

After NLP training, training as a trainer, and a traineeship as an assistant trainer at an NLP training course, I met a hypnotherapist who I supported as a virtual assistant. And I experienced my first hypnosis workshop with him. And that was so cool! What a great day that was. I loved it so much and felt super happy for days afterwards! It was a feeling like I was high. The light bulb went on and my interest was sparked

During the hypnotherapy training I suddenly saw it very clearly (the light or spark). Guiding people beyond their obstacles and self-imposed barriers to a fuller and freer life. That's it, that makes me happy. Especially if I can do that in my own way, with a lot of respect, a little provocatively and with humor.

That's how I started Leef Leer Lach (live, learn, laugh). My dream, my thing, my way.

Live consciously, with full conviction and courage.

Learn to recognize your happiness and create new possibilities.

Laugh to lighten your heart.
