Private individuals

In our practice we can use various techniques and tools within psychosocial therapy. The client is central to this and thus receives the most optimal guidance.

Each process starts with an extensive intake interview where we get to know each other better, determine whether we are a good fit for each other and discuss which themes are important to discuss. Not only the symptoms but also underlying problems are examined.

Treatment programs usually start with three months (five sessions), with an evaluation in the last session of whether the program can be completed or whether a follow-up is necessary.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses hypnosis as a tool to achieve therapeutic goals. Among other things, we work with imagination and self-suggestion, emphasizing reflection and communication in a relaxed state. Inner child work, gestalt dialogues, regression, and parts work are some examples of what can be used within hypnotherapy.

Trance is invoked for specific purposes during treatment, using a wide range of therapeutic techniques depending on the client and the problem. The goal is to reduce or resolve physical, psychological and emotional complaints, while strengthening positive feelings and restoring contact with inner strength.

Hypnotherapy involves direct communication with the unconscious mind, while bypassing critical consciousness and retaining the ability to observe.

Voice dialogue

Voice dialogue is a form of therapy that can be used complementary to hypnosis and focuses on exploring and understanding different parts or voices within an individual. These parts are considered subpersonalities that represent different aspects of a person's personality. The therapist facilitates a dialogue between these parts, allowing the client to gain insight into their internal dynamics and conflicts.

Through awareness and acceptance of these different parts, clients can experience more inner balance and autonomy. The client is, as it were, at the wheel again and can make conscious choices.

Systematic work

Systemic working is an approach that focuses on the individual within the context of family, work, or other social systems of which you are a part. It helps to understand the underlying dynamics and patterns within these systems that can impact your life and well-being. These insights make it possible to break patterns, address hidden dynamics and thus initiate positive changes that promote well-being and relationships. With techniques such as family constellations, these hidden aspects are made visible, giving you more control over your life and yourself.

IEMT

The abbreviation stands for Integral Eye Movement Therapy and is a form of therapy aimed at changing unwanted feelings and behaviors through eye movements. It has similarities with EMDR and is often used to treat trauma-related problems and emotional blocks. Both IEMT and EMDR use eye movements, but what and how they are used differs on a number of points.

While EMDR is mainly used to treat trauma and PTSD, IEMT is also effectively used to treat recurring negative feelings that someone wants to free themselves from. Traumatic images do not necessarily have to be evoked.

Treatment program and costs

It is preferable to start with a treatment program of three months. Depending on the complexity of the problem, the person and where someone is in their process, a follow-up process may or may not be recommended.

A three-month treatment program contains the following components:

  • five sessions of 60 upto 90 minutes (including an extensive intake session);
  • at least an audio file with supporting hypnosis;
  • possibility of a weekly moment to get answers to the questions via WhatsApp or signal; assignments and exercises for at home; storage and note folder for insights and notes.

The program as described above costs €595 (exempt from VAT). Payment in two installments is possible at an additional cost of 15%. A single session is possible in some cases and costs € 150.

Sessions are eligible for partial reimbursement from supplementary health insurance. If necessary, check with zorgwijzer.nl.
